GPS- Enter the intersection of 45th St & Kennedy Ave. in Kenosha and it will take you to the spot you see below on the map.
From this intersection you will see the entrance to the harbor parking lot along the boat docks.
Follow the parking lot all the way to the end, and the PHOENIX (slip130) and COASTAL EXPRESS (slip129) are on Dock #1.
